Consistance of raw material roll holder, folding part, liquid filling part, cutting & stacking part, pillow packing part, punching & labeling part and so on. It is a fully automatic machine line, can equip with automatic lid machine as requirements.

1. It is a non-stop fully automatic line, making and packing 2 in 1 machine line, reasonable design and easy to operate, each parts can be used independent.

2. Mixer tank: Can be equiped with 1 x 40L mixer tank for liquid stirring and storing, if budget is rich enough, can equip with 2 mixer tank, one for repleshment, once the one used is not enough, can change to the repleshment one directly. very convenient in use and refilling, save time and improve efficiency. 

3. Folding: Each axis is with reasonable angles to make sure the raw materials can be fully extended, then ensure of the smoothly and unify feeding. 8 slitting lanes for higher productivity, can be customized for the slitting lanes..
